Buttermilk

Hot sauce

Canola oil
Sauce for serving
Step by Step Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt & pepper on both sides. Whisk the buttermilk & hot sauce together. Put the pork chops into the mixture and let them soak for 1 hour.
