Ingredients
3 large
Eggs
4 cups
Heavy cream
2 cups
Sugar
3 teaspoons
Vanilla extract
2 cups
Fresh or frozen blueberries
1 pound
Bread (cut into 1 inch cubes)
10 to 12 ounces
White chocolate baking chips
FOR THE SAUCE:
10 to 12 ounces
White chocolate baking chips
1 cup
Heavy whipping cream
Additional mix-in ideas include:
Chopped pecans
Sliced strawberries
Chopped walnuts
Slivered almonds
Blackberries
Raspberries
And/or a bit of cinnamon

Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix the eggs, heavy cream, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl, then stir in the blueberries and white chocolate chips, then the bread cubes.
- Let the mixture stand for 15 minutes, then pour it into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, and let stand for 5 minutes before serving topped with white chocolate sauce.
- To make the sauce, put the chocolate chips into a bowl, bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan, then pour it over the chocolate and whisk until smooth sauce is formed.
